Q: Do the sites sit on the Bay?
A: No. They do not sit directly on the bay, but our park does have waterfront common areas and residents enjoy some beautiful views of Anna Maria Island.

Q: Do you have bath facilities?
A: Yes, we have complete bath and shower facilities.

Q: Are cable and internet services available?
A: Yes, these services are available at your own expense.

Q: Is there a place to put my boat in the water?
A:Yes, we do have a boat ramp to launch your boat.

Q: Is there storage for my boat?
A: No, we do not have any storage facilities available within the park. But there are several large marinas nearby, including the Bradenton Beach Marina.

A: Yes, Visa and Mastercard are both accepted

Q: Is there a deposit required to reserve a site?
A: Yes, we require a $250.00 deposit.

Q: Can we have pets?
A: No, to ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed within the park.

A: No, we do not have annual rentals available at this time.

A: We are a 55+ park and children are welcome to visit.
